The vehicle must be used solely for legal purposes and in accordance with its intended and normal use. Any dangerous driving, racing, transport of illegal goods, or driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Drivers
Only the individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle. Any unauthorized driver will engage the renter's liability and may result in the cancellation of insurance coverage.

Vehicle Condition and Maintenance
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition of cleanliness and operation as at the time of collection, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damage resulting from negligence, an accident, or improper use shall be the responsibility of the renter.

The vehicle is provided with a standard mileage allowance of 300 km per day. Any excess mileage not covered by an unlimited mileage option will be charged according to the rate specified in the rental agreement.

Early Termination of the Rental
In the event of an early return of the vehicle at the customer's initiative, for any reason, no refund will be issued for unused rental days.

Insurance and Deductible Policy
Deductible in Case of Accident or Theft
For each rented vehicle, a deductible applies in the event of an accident, theft, or damage.
The deductible amount is blocked on the primary driver's credit card at the time of vehicle collection.
At the end of the rental, if no damage is observed, the blocked amount will be released or fully refunded.

Accidents or Damage Without an Identified Third Party
In the event of an accident, collision, or damage to the vehicle without an identified third party (e.g., pole, curb, wall, fixed obstacle), or in the absence of a friendly report or official declaration, the damage is not covered by insurance.
In such cases, all repair costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, including in the event of an accident involving an identified third party.
